Principals, Doug Dalton and Ron Lightfoot, entered into the real estate business in 1973. Both having completed undergraduate and graduate degrees in Texas and New York, the partners teamed up initially to develop office and apartment properties in Texas and Florida.

With 30 years of partnership in commercial and multifamily real estate development, Cambridge has built thousands of multifamily units that are now part of a roster of award winning Class A properties.  Our sensitivity to design, and construction and development management expertise has helped win national awards including MFE Property of the Year for The Boardwalk at Town Center.
